This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with

the following prayer for:

“.... a issue any writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of writ of mandamus declaring the action of the 3rd respondent in not registering the FIR on the report dated 28.12.2019 lodged by the petitioner despite the orders passed by this Hon-ble Court in WP.No. 2876 of 2020 dated 24.2.2020 is illegal and arbitrary and to consequently direct the 3rd respondent to register FIR on the report dated 28.12.2019 of the petitioner .”
