This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India seeking the following relief:

“…to issue a writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of writ of mandamus, declaring the action of the respondents in not continuing the petitioner as fair price shop dealer in respect of shop No.1320002 situated at 4^th ward, Gonegandla Village and Mandal, Kurnool District without passing the suspension/removal order as illegal, arbitrary and against the principles of natural justice and also violation of Articles 14, 21 and 300-A of Constitution of India and consequently to direct the respondents to continue the petitioner as fair price shop dealer of shop No.1320002 situated at 4^th ward,

In view of the contents of the counter-affidavit that an order had been passed suspending the dealership of the petitioner vide proceedings Rc.M.3142/2017, dated 19.01.2018, the learned counsel for the petitioner would like to not press this writ petition and seeking liberty to file fresh petition challenging the same.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed as not pressed giving liberty to the petitioner to file a fresh petition challenging the same.

There shall be no order as to costs.

Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
