“to issue a writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the 2^nd respondent in not considering the representation dated 20.01.2025 of the petitioner is illegal, arbitrary, contrary to law and violation of Provisions of Constitution of India, Articles 14, 16 and 21 of Constitution of India and against the principles of natural justice and further direct the 2^nd respondent to consider the representation dated 20.01.2025 of the petitioner forth with and pass such other order.”

Though the petitioner made several allegations against

the respondents, during hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner requested this Court, to issue a direction to the respondents to dispose of the representation dated 20.01.2025.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue

furnished the written instructions dated 25.02.2025, wherein it is stated as follows:

“I further submit that the petitioner has filed another representation in PGRS Grievance Programme vide No.ELR2025012014006, dated 20.01.2025 on the same request. In this connection, the said PGRS petition has been forwarded to the Tahsildar, Mandavalli electronically through PGRS Portal, instructing to enquire into the contents of the petition and to take necessary action in the matter accordingly. It is

submitted that the timeline to solve such petitions under PGRS is 90 days and the said application is well within SLA period.

I further submit that, since the subject matter attracts the AP Assigned Lands (POT) Act, 1977 for which Tahsildar is the competent authority to take action in such cases, the Tahsildar, Mandavalli has issued notices to both the petitioner and Smt.Bhupathiraju Saraswathi, W/o.Balarama Raju on 21.02.2025 directing them to attend before the Tahsildar, Mandavalli at 11.00 A.M. on 05.03.2025 along with the recorded evidence regarding their title on the subject land measuring an extent of Ac.1.34 cts. Covered by R.S.No.90/10 of Mudutallapadu Village of Mandavalli Mandal.

I further submit that, the petitioner has filed the present Writ Petition before the Hon’ble High Court of Andhra Pradesh on the same issue, while the matter is under enquiry of the Tahsildar, Mandavalli.

In the above circumstances, I humbly submit that, this respondent has forwarded the PGRS petition filed by the petitioner on Grievance Day, to the Tahsildar, Mandavalli who is the authorized person to conduct enquiry under AP Assigned Lands (POT) Act, 1977 and to take necessary action as per rules. While the matter is under enquiry of the Tahsildar, Mandavalli, the petitioner has filed this Writ Petition.”

Having regard to the submissions made by the learned

counsel for the petitioner and on perusal of the written instructions

furnished by the learned Assistant Government Pleader for the Revenue, this Court deems it appropriate to dispose of the Writ

Petition directing the respondents to complete the entire exercise and dispose of the representation dated 20.01.2025 in accordance with law, within a period of three(3) months from the date of receipt of copy of this Order. There shall be no order as to costs.

As a sequel miscellaneous application, pending, if any, shall also stand closed.
