“to issue a writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of respondent Nos.2 and 3 in not considering the appeal dated 16.12.2024 for cancellation of LP No.1393 of 2024 dated 08.09.2024 in Sy.No.165-3A, 165-4 and 165-5 for the lands admeasuring Ac.0.38 cents (1B Khata No.763) situated in Nagulapalli Village, Munagapaka Mandal, Anakapalle District obtained by respondent Nos.7 and 8 as illegal, arbitrary, violative of the principles of natural justice and in violation of Article 14, 21 and 300-A of the Constitution of the India and consequently direct respondent Nos.2 and 3 to consider the appeal dated 16.12.2024 and cancel the LP No.1393 of 2024 dated 08.09.2024 in Sy.No.165-3A, 165-4 and 165-5 for the lands admeasuring Ac.0.38 cents (1B Khata No.763) situated in Nagulapalli Village, Munagapaka Mandal, Anakapalle District obtained by respondents Nos.7 and 8 and pass such other order.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the

learned Government Pleader for the respondents.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner herein preferred an appeal dated 16.12.2024 seeking for cancellation of L.P.No.1393 for the land admeasuring to an extent of Ac.0.38 cents (1B Katha No.763) in Sy.Nos.165-3A, 165-4 and 1655 situated in Nagulapalli Village, Munagapaka Mandal, Anakapalle District on the ground that respondent Nos.7 and 8 obtained the said

L.P. by playing fraud. He further submits that the 3^rd respondent received the said appeal on 17.12.2024, but so far no action has been initiated. Hence, the present Writ Petition.

Learned Government Pleader for the respondents submits that the respondent authorities will consider the appeal dated 16.12.2024 filed by the petitioner and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law.

Having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for the respondents and on perusal of the material placed on record, this Court is of the considered opinion the present Writ Petition can be disposed of directing the respondents to consider the appeal dated 16.12.2024 preferred by the petitioner and pass appropriate orders, after providing opportunity of hearing to all the parties concerned, within a period of three(3) months from the date of receipt of copy of this Order.
