This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking the following relief:

"to issue an appropriate Writ, Order or Direction more particulariy one in the nature of WRIT OF MANDAMUS declaring the action of the R3 and R4 direct the Respondents 3 and^4toconsider my representation for survey of my land situated at Karlapalem Mandal, Ganapavaram Village Survey No. 161/3 an extent^ofAc.1.00 cents and Survey No. 163/1 and extent of Ac. 1.26 cents Total Extent Ac.2.26 cents also record petitioners name in online add the petitioners name in Adangal IB and pass such other^{orderororders} as the Hon’ble court may deem fit and proper in the^{circumstancesof} the case and also conduct Re-survey on my land for^which I have applied for FLINE APPLICATION and pass such other order or orders ”

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that it will be suffice if a direction is given to respondent authorities to consider the F-Line application bearing N0.FSNVOI2300211304, dt.20.06.2023 requesting^them to conduct detailed survey of the land admeasuring to an extent of Ac. 1.00 cents and Ac.1.26 cents situated in Sy.No.161/3 of Kalapalem Mandal. Ganapavaram Village, Guntur District belonging to the petitioner and also to record the petitioner name in the online, IB Adangal.

Learned Government Pleader appearing for the respondents would submit that the F-Line application bearing No.FSNV012300211304, dt.20.06.2023 submitted by the petitioner would be considered by the respondent authorities in accordance with law, within a reasonable time.

Flaving regard to the submissions made by learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Pleader for the respondents,^inviewofthe facts and circumstances of the case, without touching merits of the case, this Court is of the considered view that the present Writ Petition can be disposed of, directing the respondent authorities to consider and dispose of the F-Line application bearing No.FSNV012300211304, dt.20.06.2023 submitted by the petitioner, after providing opportunity of hearing to all the parties concerned, within a period of four (04) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
