The case of the petitioner in brief is that the petitioner has completed the degree course and was suffering from Mental illness (OCD). On 23.11.2024, petitioner has applied for SADERM Disability Certificate through online to the respondent No.3 by expressing his willingness to appear before the respondent No.3 for Physical Examination to determine the percentage of disability and the same was registered and it was showing as Waiting List (WL-MR-59) as per the online status. Petitioner approached the respondent No.3, requesting him to conduct necessary medical tests and physical examination, but the said application was kept pending. Due to lack of the said application, petitioner is losing an opportunity to get government job under the Medical Quota.

While the matter stood thus, respondent No.4 issued Circular vide No.2647790/NTRBPS/SERP/2024, dated 07.12.2024, requesting all the District Collectors for duly eliminating the ineligible cases and to identify the eligible pensioners. But the respondent Nos.2 and 3 kept pending my application. Thereafter, the petitioner sent a email to the respondent No.2 requesting to consider his application dated 23.11.2024, but the said action was not taken by the respondents. Aggrieved by the same, the present writ petition is filed.

Heard Mr. C.Prakash, learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for Medical Health Family Welfare appearing for the respondents.

On hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that though

the petitioner has submitted an application for issuance of SADERM Disability Certificate, the respondents are not evincing any interest to consider his application. Hence, the learned counsel for the petitioners requests to pass appropriate orders.

Learned Government Pleader has furnished a copy of instructions of State Nodal Officer, SADAREM, wherein it is stated that the respondent No.2 had contacted the petitioner immediately and allotted a special slot with SADAREM ID:130102701160000125 in Government General Hospital, Kurnool to take up the assessment on 21.02.2025 (9:00AM to 9:30AM) and the same was communicated to the petitioner on 17.02.2025 and the same was acknowledged on 18.02.2025 through email.

Considering the submissions of learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Pleader, the respondent Nos.2 and 3 are directed to consider and dispose of the application, dated 23.11.2024 made by the petitioner by conducting necessary Medical Examination and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law within a period of three (03) months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
