Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court may be pleased to issue any writ, order or Direction more particularly one in the nature of writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the Respondent authorities in unilaterally converting the unit of appointment of the Petitioners from District to State without following any procedure known to law and transferring the Petitioners from their initial working places in Prakasam, Ananthapur and Kumool Districts to the other districts vide Proceedings No. 42/SRDS/PM-HR/2019. dated 03.07.2019 issued by the Respondent No.3 as arbitrary. Illegal and violative of Articles 14 and 21 of the Constitution of India apart from being violative of terms of Contract of Emplo5rment entered into between the Petitioners and the Respondent No.3 and further direct the Respondents to re-back the Petitioners to their erstwhile working places in Prakasam, Ananthapur and Kurnool Districts forthwith by honouring the Proceedings vide Memo No. PRR05-39021/193/2023-HOD SHG SEC-CORD dated 07.11.2023 and pass such other order.
