The Writ Petition is filed to declare the action of the respondents in undertaking renovation/constructions of Mandal Praja Parishad School(SC), S.C Colongy of G.Singavaram Village, Kurnool Mandal and District without having any playground as illegal, arbitrary, unjust, born out of non-application of mind, violative of provisions of the Right of Children to Free and Compulsory Education Act, 2009 and violative of Article 21 of the Constitution of India and consequently direct the respondents to undertake construction of

Mandal Praja Parishad School (SC), SC colony with a playground and requisite amenities as prescribed in the Right of Children to Free and Compulsory Education Act, 2009.

2. Today when the matter is taken up, Sri Nageswara Rao, learned counsel representing Sri Varun Byreddy, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners, submits that the matter has become infructuous and no further orders are required in this case.

3. The submission is placed on record.

4. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending, shall stand closed.
