Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned

Standing Counsel appearing for the respondent Nos.2 & 3.

This Writ Petition is filed questioning the action of the respondent Nos.2 & 3 in not considering the representation dated 06.07.2024 made by the petitioners for relocation of the business points as per the proceedings in Roc.No.TTD-81021(31)/56/2022-Rev Tml, dated 15.03.2024 issued by the 3^rd respondent.

The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the representation of the petitioners dated 06.07.2024 is pending before the respondent Nos.2 & 3 and the same are not being considered by them.

On the other hand, the learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondent Nos.2 & 3 submits that the representation of the petitioners will be dealt with by following the due procedure by the respondent Nos.2 & 3.

In view of the above said facts and circumstances, the respondent Nos.2 & 3 are directed to consider and dispose of the representation of the petitioners dated 06.07.2024, if not already disposed of by now, strictly in accordance with law by hearing all the

parties concerned including the petitioners and upon verification of the records, appropriate decision shall be taken on its own merits, as expeditiously as possible, preferably, within a period of eight (8) weeks from the date of receipt of this order.
