Order:

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Assistant Government Pleader for the respondents.

This writ petition was filed questioning the action of the respondents in trying to interfere into the petitioners’ peaceful possession and enjoyment of the property i.e., Zerioti land total an extent of Ac.1.41 cents (Ac.0.46 + Ac.0.95) in Survey No.87/2 of Aasakapalli Village, Sabbavaram Mandal, Visakhapatnam District including by eviction or allotting to third parties under the guise of Navaratnalu-Pedalandariki Illu.

On the other hand, the learned Assistant Government Pleader appearing for the respondent Nos.1, 2 and 4 submits that the respondent authorities concerned would follow the due procedure with respect to the subject land.

In view of the above said facts and circumstances, the respondent Nos.2 to 4 are directed to deal with the subject property strictly in accordance with law, if so warranted for any public purpose and if the petitioners are otherwise found to be possession of the same, they shall be dealt with strictly in accordance with law giving due opportunity of hearing to all the parties concerned including the petitioners and if any dispossession from the subject land shall not be made except by following the due process of law.

Accordingly, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as

to costs. Interim orders, if any, stands vacated.
