This Writ Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India is filed for the following relief:

“ to declare inaction of the Respondent Nos.2 to 5 in conducting investigation and filing chargesheet/final report in Crime in FIR No 120 of 2023 dated 13 04 2023 on the file of the Narsipatnam Town Police Station Anakapalli District registered against the Respondent No 5 for the offences under Sec 323 IPC r/w 31rs 32va of SC ST POA Act as illegal arbitrary unreasonable capricious and violative of Articles 14 and 21 of the Constitution of India and contrary to the

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the State.

Learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the State on written instructions would submit that the Police completed investigation and laid charge sheet vide SC.SPL No.109 of 2023 before the Special Court for the Trial of SC/ST (POA) Act Cases, Visakhapatnam and the same is pending.

In that view of the matter, this Court is of the considered opinion that no further orders are necessary in the present Writ Petition and the same can be closed at the stage of admission itself, without going into merits of the case.
