Heard Sri G. Raja Babu, learned counsel for the petitioner and Ms. Sudeepthi Potluri, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Mines and Geology, appearing for the respondents.

This Court vide proceedings dated 12.02.2025, directed the

petitioner to raise his objections to the show cause issued by the 3^rd respondent in No.1564/MDL/TKL/2024, dated 01.01.2025.

Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Mines and Geology, has placed on record a copy of the proceedings dated 22.02.2025, from the same it reflects that pursuant to the show cause notice, the respondents have passed a final order, directing the petitioner to pay certain amounts mentioned in the said proceedings.

In view of the same, the cause raised in the present Writ Petition does not survive and no further orders are required to be passed in the present Writ Petition.

In view of the same, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous, granting liberty to the petitioner to challenge the final orders dated 22.02.2025. There shall be no order as to costs.

As a sequel, interlocutory applications, pending if any, shall stand

closed.
