Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue.

As the petitioner is in continuous possession of the subject property by constructing a shop and the respondents are interfering and trying to dispossess the petitioner from the subject property. Hence, the present writ petition is filed.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the respondents, on instructions for the 4^th respondent has submitted that the respondents are not interfering with the subject property.
