Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court may be pleased to issue any appropriate Writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandumus, by declaring the action of the respondents initiating 2nd Domestic enquiry by the 6th respondent vide proceedings bearing Rc.No. /Legal/2025-26 dated 13-10- 2025 even after this Honourable Court allowing the batch of Writ Petitions i.e WP No. 15893, 18558, 23177 and 23264 of 2023 by orders dated 27-03- 2024 and without set aside the 1st domestic inquiry report submitted by 1 deomestic inquiry officer is illegal, arbitrary, descriminative, without jurisdiction and contrary to the principles of natural justice and contrary to the staff service regulations and the provisions of the AP Cooperative Societies Act, 1964 and the rules made there in sofar as the petitioner in the interest of Justice
