Heard Sri Pelleti Rajesh Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Nagabhushanam Gudipati, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Endowments appearing for respondents Nos.1 to 3 and learned Standing Counsel Sri T. Venugopal, for respondent No.4.

It is contended that the petitioner, who is an existing^leaseholder of the land an extent of Ac.7.50 cents in Sy.Nos.506, 512, 513 and 514 of Yeruru Village, filed a representation dated 17.10.2025 seeking extension of the lease period for one more year by paying the lease amount of Rs.4,51,000/- per annum. It is contended that the respondents 3 and 4, without considering the said representation, are proposing to auction the leasehold rights in respect of the subject property. Being aggrieved, the petitioner has approached this Court by way the instant Writ Petition.

Havmg regard to contentions advanced, this Court deems it appropriate to dispose of the writ petition directing the 4**^ respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 17.10.2025 and pass appropriate orders within a period of two (2) weeks from the date of receipt of the order. Till such time, the respondents are directed to defer the auction of the subject properties, if any proposed.

With the above observations, the writ petition is disposed of. There shalt be no order as to costs.
