Heard Sri N. Aswartha Narayana, learned Counsel for the Writ Petitioners; Sri Panuku Rajesh Kumar, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Panchayat Raj and Rural Development and Ms. K. Sowmya, learned Counsel appearing on behalf of Sri Y. Koteswara Rao, learned Standing Counsel forZPPs, MPPs and Gram Panchayat.

Learned Counsel for the Writ Petitioners submits that the Writ Petitioners have made a Representation to the Respondent Nos.1 & 2 dated 10.12.2024 (Ex.P.1) seeking some information and the same has not been considered till date.

Ms. K. Sowmya, learned Counsel appearing on behalf^of Sri Y. Koteswara Rao, learned Standing Counsel for ZPPs, MPPs and Gram Panchayat would submit that the Representation submitted by the Writ Petitioners would be considered by the Respondent Nos.1 & 2 expeditiously.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court deems it appropriate to dispose of this Writ Petition, at the admission stage, without going into merits, directing the Respondent Nos.1 & 2 to consider the Representation dated 10.12.2024 (Ex.P.1) of the Writ Petitioners and pass a Speaking Order in accordance with law within a period of 6 weeks from today

and communicate a copy of such Order to the Writ Petitioners forthwith. Needless to state that the Respondent Nos.1 & 2 are^{statutorilyobligatedto} adhere to the Principles of Natural Justice by issuing^{AdvanceNoticestothe} interested parties, consider their Writ Petitioners and any other submissions/objections and documents, if any, before^{passingtheSpeaking} Order. Writ Petitioners are directed to submit a copy^{ofthisOrderalongwith} the photocopy of the Representation (mentioned supra) to^{theRespondent} Nos.1 & 2 within a period of one week from today for^{effectivecompliance.}

5.With these observations and directions, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No order as to costs.
