consequently direct the respondents to delete the subject lands from prohibitory lands list and to pass such other order^ororders ” 2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioners, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue, appearing for the respondents 1 to 4 and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Endowments, appearing for the respondents 5 and 6. 3. On hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner reiterated^{thecontentions} which are urged in the writ petition. 4. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Endowments has submitted a copy of instructions of the 6*^ respondent vide Lr.in Rc.No.A2/382/2025, dated Nil/02/2025, wherein it is stated the 2^^ petitioner has submitted representation dated 18.12.2024 along with applications of the other petitioners dated 16.12.2024 requesting for deletion of the subject lands from the prohibited list under Section 22A(1)(c) of the Registration Act. On receipt of the application from the petitioners, the 6*^ respondent has requested the Assistant Commissioner & Executive Officer of the Bhavannarayana Swamy Temple, Ponnur Town and Mandal to submit the report vide Rc.No.A2/4647/2024, dated 27.12.2024 along with the property register and RSR copy and other revenue records relating to the lands in Sy.No. 100/1 of Ponnur Town and Mandal to take further action in the matter. In turn, the Assistant Commissioner & Executive Officer of the above temple has submitted a report dated 05.01.2025 to the 6^^ respondent stating that the
