The Court made the following Order:

The petitioner is aggrieved by the inaction on the part of the respondents in not releasing the payments for the works completed by the petitioner. The petitioner submitted the final bills, and the respondent authorities have duly recorded the progress of work and also approved all payments due payable to the petitioner in the M-Books. Though the work was completed in the year 2023, the payments were not released. It is submitted that the additional time period is also over; however, the respondent authorities have not released the payments.

Heard the both the learned counsel.

Considering the submissions that the work is completed in all respects

and the bills are also approved for release of payments, there shall be a direction to respondent Nos.2 and 3 to release the payments due payable within a period of six (06) weeks from the date of the receipt of this order.
