ORDER:

Shorn of all unnecessary facts in the affidavit filed in support of the writ petition, it is the specific case of the petitioner that he is the absolute owner and possessor of the land in an extent of Ac.1.47 cents in Sy.No.429-A and an extent of Ac.0.54 cents in Sy.No.429-B situated at H.Muruvani Village, Peddakadabur Mandal, Kurnool District, which is obtained from his father. He has submitted F-Line application bearing No.FSNV012500823292 dated 04.09.2025 through Mee Seva for conducting Survey and demarcating and fixing of boundaries of his subject land basing on the registered sale deeds, dated 08.05.1987 and 19.01.1993 of his grandfather. The respondent authorities went on postponing the survey and the said inaction on the part of respondent authorities in processing the F-Line application of the petitioner, the petitioner was constrained to approach this Court.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue has placed the written instructions dated 10.10.2025 addressed by the 4^th respondent/Tahsildar, Peddakadabur (part of record). The said written instructions suggests that the respondents are not able to conduct survey as there is an objection from the adjacent ryots and another date will be issued to the petitioner for conducting the survey and will act as per law.

In pursuance to the said written instructions dated 10.10.2025, this Court is inclined to dispose of this writ petition directing the respondents authorities to consider the F-Line application bearing No.FSNV012500823292 dated 04.09.2025 submitted by the petitioner through Mee Seva for conducting Survey and demarcation of boundaries of the petitioner’s land, by issuing notice to all concerned/interested persons, and pass orders, in accordance with law, within a period of two (2) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

Learned counsel for the petitioner raises concerns about safety and the possibility of a brawl in completing a survey due to obstructions by the villagers (neighbouring) are actively preventing the survey process. Hence it is urged that this Court may direct the police to provide protection enabling to facilitate smooth conduct of survey which is being conducted under the Survey and Boundaries Act. Considering the submission of the counsel for the petitioner, that the petitioner shall submit an application before the concerned Police seeking protection on the dates on which they will conduct survey. If such an application is submitted by petitioner, the Police shall do the needful in accordance with law.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no

order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, Interlocutory Applications pending, if any, shall stand closed.
