Since the issue involved in all the writ petitions is one and the same, the writ petitions are disposed of by way of common order.

A separate notices dated 22.09.2025, issued under Section 6 of the Andhra Pradesh Land Encroachment Act, 1905, were assailed in all the writ petitions.

In similar circumstances of the case, this Court has dismissed the W.P.No.27606 of 2025 vide order dated 24.10.2025.

In view of the above, the Writ Petitions are dismissed in terms of order dated 24.10.2025 passed in W.P.No.27606 of 2025.

Registry is directed to annex the copy of order dated 24.10.2025 passed in W.P.No.27606 of 2025 to this common order. There shall be no order as to costs.
