The present Writ Petition is filed aggrieved by the action of the Respondents in not fixing the pay of the Petitioner in the post of Sweepercum-Watchman pursuant to the order of regularization vide Proceedings No. SE/TGP/NDL/AB/A.3/, dated 28.05.2025.

The services of the Petitioner were regularized on 10.03.2011.

Subsequently, the order of regularization was modified with effect from 25.11.1993, pursuant to the order of this Court in W.P.No.11655 of 2021, dated 23.06.2021 for the purpose of pension and other monetary benefits.

The grievance of the Petitioner in filing the present Writ Petition is that the Respondents are not fixing the pay of the Petitioner for the post of Sweeper-cum-Watchman.

Considering the submissions made, the Writ Petition is disposed of, with the consent of both the counsel at the stage of admission, with following directions:

i) The Respondents are directed to fix the Pay of the Petitioner to the post of Sweeper-cum-Watchman, within a period of two (02) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

ii) There shall be no order as to costs.

As a sequel, miscellaneous applications pending, if any, shall stand

closed.
