No.83 of 2025, as illegal, arbitrary, and violative of Articles 14, 21, and 300-A of the Constitution of India, and consequently direct the 2nd Respondent not to register any document in respect of the said property, if presented by or in favour of Respondents No. 4 and 5 or any one claiming through them, pending disposal of O.S. No 83 of 2025 on the file of the Civil Judge (Junior Division), Nandalur, and consequently direct the 3rd Respondent to issue the current House Tax receipts for the subject property in the name of the Petitioner, in accordance with law.
