The same is not disputed by the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Services-I appearing for the respondents.

Accordingly, this Writ Petition is disposed of in terms of the order passed by this Court in W.P. Nos.23101 of 2021 and batch, dated 15.07.2025. There shall be no order as to costs.
