The present Writ Petition is filed questioning the action of the Respondents in not permitting the Petitioner to report to his duty as Assistant Pointsman in Level-1 of 7^th CPC in Operating Department, Guntur Division, South Central Railway as illegal and arbitrary.

As the issue involved in this Writ Petition is comes within the jurisdiction of Central Administrative Tribunal, this Writ Petition is disposed of, granting liberty to the Petitioner to file appropriate application before the Central Administrative Tribunal for redrssal of his grievance with regard to subject claim. There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel, pending applications, if any, shall stand closed.
