Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court may be pleased toto issue a writ or writs more particularly in the nature of writ of mandamus declaring the action of respondents in merging the Narayanapuram Gram panchayat into Srikalahasti Municipality without calling for the objections from the villagers of Narayanapuram Gram Panchayat and not conducting any Grama sabha in the village is contrary to the provisions of AP Panchayat Raj Act 1994 and the provisions of AP Gram Panchayat Act and Rules 2007 and contrary to the guidelines issued in GO (D) No.131 Rural Development and Panchayat Raj (Cl) Dept dated 16-3-2007 as illegal, arbitrary, highhanded, violation of Principals of natural justice and cannot be justified in the eye of law and consequently direct the respondents to delete the Narayanapuram Gram Panchayat from Sri Kalahasti Municipality Chittoor District in the interest of justice

Petition under Section 151 CPC praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the High Court may be pleased pleased to direct Respondents not to give any notification for merging of Narayanapuram Grampanchayat into Srikalahasti municipality Chittoor District without following the procedure contemplated under GO (D) No.131 Rural Development and Panchayat Raj (C1) Dept dt 16-3-2007 and for conducting of the elections for the same in the interest of justice and pass
