No. 130 of Chinthakuntla Village, Kovilakuntia Mandal, Nandyal District from 22A-(1)(C) prohibited lands list of Registrations Act 1908 as illegal, arbitrary and contrary to the principles of natural justice and Consequently, direct the respondents to delete the
