Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court may be pleased to issue an appropriate writ order or direction. more particularly a writ in the nature of Mandamus, the 2nd respondent not disposing the appeal Ref. No. PI/203 of 2007 pertaing to the land situated in Sy.No. 180 an extent of Ac 45.00 Cents in Peddakpalli village, Pedda Panjani Mandal ( Erstwhile Punganur Taluk) Chittoor District, as being illegal 14 and 300A of the constitution of India consequently direct the 2nd respondent to dispose the Appeal Ref. No. P1/203 of 2007 and to pass such other order or orders.

The present Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for the following relief/s:

….to issue an appropriate writ order or direction, more particularly a writ in the nature of Mandamus, the 2^nd respondent not disposing the appeal Ref.No.P1/203 of 2007 pertaining to the land situated in Sy.No.180 an extent of Ac.45.00 Cents in Peddakpalli village, Pedda Panjani Mandal (Erstwhile Punganur Taluk) Chittoor District, as being illegal and violative of Article 14 and 300A of the Constitution of India consequently direct the 2^nd respondent to dispose the Appeal Ref.No.P1/203 of 2007 and to pass such other order or orders…..

Succinctly, the present Writ Petition is filed aggrieved by the action of the 2^nd respondent in not disposing the appeal Ref.No.P1/203 of 2007 pertaining to the land situated in Sy.No.180 an extent of Ac.45.00 Cents in Peddakpalli village, Pedda Panjani Mandal (Erstwhile Punganur Taluk) Chittoor District.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader has placed written instructions dated 11.09.2025 addressed by the Chief Commissioner of Land Administration & Special CS, Office of the CCLA, Andhra

Pradesh to the Government Pleader (Revenue), High Court of Andhra Pradesh. The said written instructions indicate that the appeal was admitted and the appeal was called for hearings from time to time.

Hence, this Court is inclined to dispose of the Writ Petition directing the 2^nd respondent to dispose of the appeal Ref.No.P1/203 of 2007 as expeditiously as possible not later than two months from the date of receipt of the copy of the order.
