Heard Sri Neeli Mani Kanta, learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Endowments. 2- The petitioner challenges the action of the respondents in not printing the names of the Chandraprabha Ubhayadars on the Brocher printed for Kanipakam Vinayaka Brahmostavam.

It is contended that it has been a practice and custom that during Brahmotsavams that are performed every year to the diety of Kanipakam Vinayaka, especially during Chandraprabha Utsavam, the 4*^ respondent would allow participation of villagers belonging to 14 surrounding villages of the temple. It has become a practice that the petitioner^{recommendsthe} names from the said villages as Ubhayadars and their names are printed on the Brochures, Newspapers, and Invitation Cards etc., that would be \ f distributed. Accordingly this year also there has^{beenanunanimousapproval} ( ^ between the members on the names that would be recommended for Chandraprabha Utsavam. However, names unanimously selected by the petitioner, were not printed on the Brochure by the petitioner as per the prevailing practice and custom. The petitioner requests for including the names of the villagers as Ubhayadars for performing^{ChandraprabhaUstavam} on the eve of Sri Vara Siddi Vinayaka Swamy Vari Bramostavam^thisyear.In the said regard it is stated that the petitioner has^{submittedrepresentationon} 06.08.2025, on behalf of 14 Villagers. However, without^{consideringthesame,} the respondent No.4 has proceeded with printing of^{theinvitationswithoutthe} thus names of the persons from the petitioner group. The petitioner apprehends that the 4'^ respondent may not allow them^{toparticipateinthe} upcoming Utsavam(s), hence the instant writ petition.
