Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court may " be pleas'^ to the action of the respondents 1 to 3 in issuing the G.O. Ms No. 10 dated 24-08-2020, G.O. Ms No. 7 dated 19-07-2021 for introduction Qf the scheme of delivery of essential commodities at the door steps of the consumers through Mobile Dispensing Units by dispensing^{withtheservices} of Fair Price Shop Dealers and depriving the Members^ofthe Petitioner Association, of their livelihood is highly illegal, arbitrary and unconstitutional being violative of Articles 14, 19(i)(g) and 21 of^{theConstitutionofIndiaand} also violative of Principles of natural justice and consequently set aside the G.O. Ms. No. 10, dated 24-08-2020, G.O. Ms No. 7, dated^19-07-2021 issued by the 1®* respondent herein and direct the respondents 1 to 3 herein to restore the Distribution of the essential commodities to the card holders through Fair Price Shops Dealers instead of distributing the Essential Commodities through Mobile Dispensing Unit.
