This Writ Petition has been filed to declare the proceedings issued by the 2^nd respondent, Chairman-cum-Commissioner, School Games Federation vide Rc.No.ESE02-33/12/2019-SECY-SGF-CSE, dated 22.07.2025 whereby and whereunder, the services of the petitioner as Secretary, School Games Federation, Kakinada District are sought to be discontinued even before the expiry of the tenure in terms of earlier proceedings vide Rc.ESE02-33/12/2019-SECY-SGF-CSE, dated 25.07.2024, without there being any justification and reason and thus calling for applications afresh, as not only being illegal and arbitrary but also amounts to showing discrimination between one post to the other and consequently set aside the same and issue such other order.
