Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court may be pleased toto issue an appropriate writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the respondents 1 and 2 in appointing the 3rd Respondent as Anganwadi Worker in Kotananduru Centre of East Godavari District by ignoring the meritorious candidate and without following the rule of reservation is illegal, arbitrary, discriminatory and in violation of Article 14 of the Constitution of India and consequently set aside the selection of the 3rd Respondent as Anganwadi Worker and direct the respondents 1 and 2 to appoint the petitioner as Anganwadi Worker in Kotananduru Village of East Godavari District and pass such other order or

orders as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case.
