Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court may be pleased to issue a writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of writ of Mandamus to declare the action of the Respondents No.2 to 6 in not inclining to consider the objections submitted by the Petitioner vide Representation dated 19-05-2025 by giving personal opportunity to the Petitioner while considering the Representation of the Respondent No.7 for appointing as hereditary Archaka in the Respondent Temple by entering his name in the Register maintained U/sec.43 of the AP Charitable and Hindu Religious Institutions and Endowment Act, 1987 as arbitrary, illegal and consequently direct the Respondents No.2 to 6 to consider the objections submitted by the Petitioner vide Representation dated 19-05-2025 before considering the request of the 7‘^ Respondent for entering^his name in the Register maintained U/sec.43 of the AP Charitable and Hindu Religious Institutions and Endowment Act, 1987 as hereditary Archaka of Poojari Balikonda Lakshmaiah in the interest of justice.

Heard Sri P. Nagendra Reddy, learned counsel for the^{petitionerand} learned Government Pleader for Endowments appearing for the respondents.

Challenging the action of the respondents in not considering^the objections submitted by the petitioner vide representation^{dated19-05-2025,} the instant Writ Petition has been filed.

The petitioner claiming to be the class-l legal heir,^contending that he is the grandson of an archaka in the 6^^ respondent^{temple,having} acquired the required qualification in Agamashastras^{soughtpermission} from the Endowment department for rendering archkatvam in the temple being the legal heir of Poojari Bellamkonda Lakshmaiah,^{afterthedemise} of the said Lakshmaiah. Sri Poojari Pardhasaradhi,^{7**^respondentherein,} the brother of the petitioner’s grandfather approached^{therespondentsby} way of a representation to recognize him and to enter^hisname in the register under Section 43 of the AP Charitable and Hindu Religious Institutions and Endowment Act, 1987 (hereinafter referred^{toas‘theAct’)} as Archaka of the temple, and also filed a Writ Petition^{beforethisCourt.} The said Writ Petition was disposed of directing the respondents^to pass appropriate orders on the representation of the petitioner/7^^^respondent herein within eight (8) weeks from the date of receipt^oftheorder.

The petitioner’s grievance and apprehension is that, to the said representation of the 7*^ respondent herein, the petitioner has also submitted his objections however the respondents may^{nottaketheminto} consideration.

Having regard to the same, this Court deems it appropriate^to dispose of the Writ Petition with the following directions.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing^the2 nd respondent to pass appropriate orders on the representation of the petitioner dated 19.05.2025 in accordance with law after affording sufficient opportunity to the petitioner and the unofficial respondents, within a period of six (6) weeks from the date of receipt of copy of^{thisorder.Thereshall} be no order as to costs.

As a sequel, all pending miscellaneous applications shall stand closed.
