“to issue a Writ Of Mandamus declaring the action of the respondents herein particularly Respondent No.3 in not considering the petitioners’ 6-A applications MUT240710106163, MUT240710106007 and MUT240710106058 Dt.10.07.2024 for the issuance of Pattadar Pass Books and for mutation of Petitioners’ names in the revenue records like 1-B, Adangal etc, pertaining to the lands of an extent of Ac.0.18 cents each totally an extent of Ac.0.54 cents situated at Sy.No.1652 of Rompicherla Village and Mandal Chittoor District and procrastinating the same without any grounds as nothing but illegal, arbitrary, unjust and violation of the provisions of A.P. Rights in Land and Pattadar Passbooks Act, 1971 and the fundamental rights guaranteed under Articles 14, 21 and 300-A of The Constitution of India and consequently direct the Respondent No.3 to consider the petitioners’ applications vide MUT240710106163 MUT240710106007 AND MUT240710106058 Dt.10.07.2024 for issuance of Pattadar Passbooks and for mutation of petitioners’ name in the revenue records forthwith and pass such other order or orders …..”

Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Government Pleader for Revenue for the respondents.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that it will be suffice if a direction is given to respondent authorities, more particularly to respondent No.3 to consider the petitioners’ 6-A applications filed vide application Nos.

MUT240710106163, MUT240710106007 and MUT240710106058 Dt.10.07.2024 seeking to issue of Pattadar Pass Books and to mutate the name of the petitioners’ in the revenue records like 1-B, Adangal etc, in respect of the lands admeasuring to an extent of Ac.0.18 cents each totally an extent of Ac.0.54 cents situated at Sy.No.1652 of Rompicherla Village and Mandal, Chittoor District

Learned Government Pleader appearing for the respondents would submit that the Form-6a applications filed by the petitioner vide application Nos. MUT240710106163, MUT240710106007 and MUT240710106058 Dt.10.07.2024 would be considered by the respondent authorities in accordance with law, within a reasonable time.

Having regard to the submissions made by learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Pleader for the respondents, in view of the facts and circumstances of the case, without touching merits of the case, this Court is of the considered view that the present Writ Petition can be disposed of, directing the respondent authorities, more particularly, respondent No.3 herein to consider and dispose of the 6-A applications filed by the petitioners’ vide application Nos. MUT240710106163, MUT240710106007 and MUT240710106058 Dt.10.07.2024, after providing opportunity of hearing to all the parties concerned, within a period of three (03) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
