Heard Ms.Pranitha, Ld. Counsel appearing online representing Sri Peeta Raman, Ld. Counsel for the Writ Petitioner and Sri M.Chalapathi, Ld. Standing Counsel for Nagarjuna University.

On 18.06.2025, time was sought by the Ld. Counsel for the Writ Petitioner to enable him to challenge Paragraph No.21 of the Hostel Rules and Regulations. It transpires from the record that the Writ Petitioner has not taken any further steps in this regard so far. The contention raised by the Writ Petitioner has been answered by the Respondents with reference to Paragraph No.21 of the Hostel Rules and Regulations, which has already been extracted in the Order dated 18.06.2025.

In view of the Paragraph No.21 of the Hostel Rules and Regulations, the present Writ Petition lacks merit.

Accordingly, the present Writ Petition is dismissed as devoid of any merit. It is needless to state that the Writ Petitioner is at liberty to file a fresh Petition challenging Paragraph No.21 of the Hostel Rules and Regulations, if so advised. No order as to costs.
