Heard Sri K.R.Srinivas, learned Counsel, representing Sri K.Ramesh Babu, P.Rajesh Kumar, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Panchayat Raj & Rural Development and Sri K.Bhagat Singh, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue.

Sri P.Rajesh Kumar, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Panchayat Raj, has submitted the Written Instructions furnished by the Executive Engineer, PRI+PIU Division, Bapatla. A copy of it is supplied to the learned Counsel for the Petitioner, and the same is taken on record.

The Payment Summary would indicate that the total value of work done by the Petitioner is for an amount of Rs.19,88,320/-, the government deductions are for a sum of Rs.2,36,853/-. The Respondents, therefore, admitted the claim made by the Petitioner for a sum of Rs.17,51,467/-.
