“…to issue a writ or order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of mandamus declaring the action of the 1st Respondent in issuing the Impugned Memo No.796260/Tw.Sy.A1/2019 dated 25.11.2019 for appointment of Hostel Welfare Officers Grade-II (Male and Female) against the posts held by the Petitioners in Tribal Welfare Subordinate Services of East Godavari District, Krishna District and Prakasam Districts contrary to the directions given by this Hon’ble High Court in W.P.No. 3361 of 2018 dated 03.10.2018 and rejecting the representations of the Petitioners for regularization of their services in the sanctioned posts as illegal, arbitrary, null and void and contrary to the judgments of Apex Court and consequently to direct the Respondents to regularize their services in their respective posts by setting aside the impugned memo Memo No.796260/Tw.Sy.A1/2019 dated 25.11.2019 and to pass…”
