The petitioner is aggrieved by the impugned proceedings, dated 25.03.2025, whereby the 2^nd respondent has sent a message to the mobile of the petitioner duly informing that the permission granted to the petitioner was revoked.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the building permission was sanctioned on 10.04.2024 and that construction was to be completed by 10.10.2025. It is submitted that the petitioner has started the construction and is in the advanced stage. The learned counsel further submits that the petitioner has received a show cause notice on 18.06.2024 which was replied on 28.06.2024.

From the perusal of the material on record, it appears that without passing a detailed order on the show cause notice and the reply submitted by the petitioner, the 2^nd respondent has chosen a new method of conveying revocation of the permission granted to the petitioner. The impugned order is not only vague but also devoid of any reasoning. As such, the same stands set aside while directing the 2^nd respondent to pass a detailed speaking order on the show cause notice, after duly considering the reply submitted by the petitioner and communicate the same to the petitioner.
