There is no representation on behalf of the appellant.

The learned Government Pleader appearing for Respondent Nos.1 and 2 has brought to the notice of this Court that the appellant was promoted as Principal in the respondent-Coilege and retired way back in the year 2012 itself. He has placed a copy of the Letter, dated 24.07.2024 of the appellant addressed to the Registrar of this Court for perusal.

Considering the submissions of the learned Government Pleader and on perusal of the averments made in the Letter, dated 24.07.2024, this Court is satisfied that the relief sought in this Writ Appeal is not survived as on date and as such no further adjudication is required in the present appeal.
