This Second Appeal was filed by the appellant/plaintiff^underSection 100 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 (for short, 'C.P.C.') against the Judgment and decree, dated 10.07.2001 passed in A.S.No.59^of1997onthe file of learned II Additional District Judge’s Court, East Godavari at Rajahmundry, confirming the judgment and decree, dated^{13.02.1997passed} in O.S.No.659 of 1990 on the file of learned Principal^{DistrictMunsifCourt,} Rajahmundry.
