There is no representation for the appellant, despite the matter having been posted today i.e., on 26.12.2025 under the caption ‘For Dismissal’. On 22.11.2025 also, there was no representation for the appellant.

Therefore, it evinces that the appellant has no interest to prosecute the case. Hence, the present MACMA is dismissed for non-prosecution. There shall be no order as to costs.

As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions, if any pending and the Interim order granted earlier, if any, shall stand closed.
