This M.A.C.M.A is filed by the Appellant/Respondent against the order dated 16.05.2016 in M.V.O.P.No.117 of 2015 passed by the learned Chairman, Motor Accidents Claims Tribunal-cum-IV^Additional District Judge, Kadapa, wherein the learned Judge has^allowedthe M.V.O.P with proportionate costs and the petitioners are awarded Rs.11,52,200/- as compensation with interest at 9% p.a. from the date of the petition to the date of deposit.
