The contents of the affidavit of the respective parties^{wouldrevealthat} the compromise arrived at is unconditional on the part of both parties and they have decided to reside together as husband and wife under the same roof. The husband has expressed that he is ready and willing^{totakehiswifetothe} matrimonial home and she has agreed to resume conjugal^life.

Both parties expressed that the agreement is unconditional^and the husband is ready to reside with the wife under the same roof and the wife has also agreed to resume the conjugal life with immediate^effect.

Both parties with one voice submitted that F.C.A.Nos.51,^57&68 of 2025 may be disposed of, recording the compromise and the factum of reunion.

Pursuant to the observations dated 15.10.2025, exemption for appearance of the parties was accorded. Both the parties are identified by their respective counsel and the respective affidavits of both parties endorsed by both counsel are placed on record in the presence of both counsel. The Identification cards i.e. Aadhar Cards of the respective parties duly attested by learned counsel for parties shall form part of the record.

In view of reunion and compromise between both parties, no further orders are necessary in these appeals.
