The petitioner / plaintiff, who is seeking an innocuous relief in not disposing of I.A.No.336 of 2024 in I.A.No.264 of 2018^{inO.S.No.254of2011} on the file of learned IV Additional District Judge, Tirupati, has filed the present Civil Revision Petition under Article 227 of the Constitution of India.

Learned counsel for the petitioner contends that the petitioner filed O.S.No.254 of 2011 against the respondents herein seeking partition of the suit schedule property. A preliminary decree was passed^on 10.08.2017. Thereafter, the petitioner / plaintiff filed I.A.No.264 of 2018 for passing the final

decree. During pendency of the said final decree proceedings, the petitioner filed I.A.No.336 of 2024 in I.A.No.264 of 2018 in O.S.No.254 of 2011 seeking to appoint a Court Commissioner to make local inspection of the schedule premises and to note down the physical features of the schedule mentioned property and grant ad-interim order. Seeking directions to the learned trial Judge to dispose of said I.A.No.336 of 2024, the present Civil Revision Petition is filed.

Heard Smt. Nimmagadda Revathi, learned counsel for petitioner, and Sri Malapati Pavan Kumar, learned counsel for the respondent.

In view of the innocuous relief sought for by the petitioner, the present Civil Revision Petition is disposed of at the admission stage directing the learned IV Additional District Judge, Tirupati, to take up I.A.No.336 of 2024 and dispose of the same in accordance with law expeditiously i.e., within a period of two (2) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. There shall be no order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, the interlocutory applications, if any, pending in this Civil Revision Petition shall stand closed.
