Learned Assistant Public Prosecutor submits that he has received letter from the Inspector of Police, Nandyal II Town Urban Police Station, which shows that the petitioner herein by name Dudekula Mastani, died on 06.04.2011 due to ill health and the death certificate of the revision petitioner is also filed herewith.

In view of the death of the revision petitioner, this Criminal Revision Case is dismissed as abated.

Interim orders granted earlier, if any, shall stand vacated.

Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
