This Criminal Revision Case is filed under Sections 397 and 401 of Cr.P.C aggrieved by the order passed in Crl.A.No.92 of 2006, dated 18.04.2008 passed by the learned Sessions Judge, Mahila Court, Vijayawada, confirming the judgment dated 08.05.2006 passed by the III Metropolitan Magistrate, Vijayawada, in C.C.No.90 of 2005.

Heard. Perused the record.

A perusal of the report received from the Inspector of Police, Gannavaram Police Station, Krishna District, indicates that the petitioner/accused died on 22.11.2014 and due to which Non-Bailable Warrant could not be executed. Despite the death of the petitioner about 10 years back no steps have been taken to implead the legal representatives of the deceased petitioner/accused.
