The Criminal Revision Case is filed questioning the Judgment dated 31.10.2011 passed in Crl.A.No.226 of 2011 on the file of the learned VI Additional District and Sessions Judge, (Fast Track Court), Narasapur, West Godavari District, wherein the learned Judge has confirmed the Judgment dated 03.06.2011 passed in S.C.No.102 of 2011 on the file of the learned Assistant Sessions Judge, Narasapur, West Godavari District.

Inspector of Police, Palakol Rural Police Station, filed memo stating that the revision petitioner died on 05.10.2020. A photocopy of death certificate is also filed to that effect.

In view of the death of the revision petitioner, this Criminal Revision Case is dismissed as abated.

Interim orders granted earlier, if any, shall stand vacated.

Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
