It is also submitted that the maintenance dispute between the petitioner and Respondent No.1 has been settled out of the Court and^{requeststodismiss} the Criminal Revision Case.

In view of the same, the Criminal Revision Case is^dismissed against Respondent No.1 and the Criminal Revision Case against Respondent No.2 is dismissed as abated. There shall be no order ^to
