The Criminal Revision Case has been filed challenging the order passed in Crl.M.P.No.125 of 2015 in M.C.No.81 of 2012, dated 30.06.2015 by

the learned Judge, Family Court-cum-IV Additional District^and Sessions Judge, Vijayawada, granting monthly allowance of Rs.3,500/to the respondent No.2/Korada Kinnera, D/o. Rama Rao, who was minor of 17 years age at the time of passing of the order impugned. The respondent No.2 has become major now.

The petitioner, being the father of Respondent No.2,^who is a minor daughter, is bound to maintain her. The learned Judge of the Family Court, after considering the entire material on record, passed^{anorderunderSection} 127 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (for brevity ‘the Cr.P.C’). There are no irregularities in the order passed by the learned Judge of the Family Court. Hence, the Criminal Revision Case is liable to be dismissed.
