1. This Criminal Revision Case has been filed under Sections 397 and 401 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (for short, ‘the Cr.P.C.’) against the order dated 12.03.2015 passed in C.F.No.2191 of 2014 in Crime No.86 of 2012 of T.P. Gudur Police Station.

2. Heard and perused the record.

3. As seen from the record, this Criminal Revision Case is filed against the order dated 12.03.2015 passed in C.F.No.2191 of 2014 in Crime No.86 of 2012 of T.P. Gudur Police Station. The said petition is filed by the Respondent No.2/Complainant under section 190 of Cr.P.C. seeking to take cognizance of the complaint for the offences punishable under Section 120(B), 406, 465, 467, 468 and 474 of IPC. By impugned order dated 12.03.2015, the learned IV Additional Judicial Magistrate of I Class, Nellore

took cognizance of the offence and numbered as C.C.No.07 of 2015. Against the said orders, the petitioners/accused preferred the present revision.

4. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, none appeared on behalf of the Petitioners/Accused as well as Respondent No.2/Complainant. However, a copy of the status obtained from the e-Courts website, which reflects that the C.C.No.07 of 2015 was dismissed as not pressed on 30.12.2019.

5. In view of the disposal of the C.C.No.07 of 2015 on 30.12.2019 as the cause does not survive for adjudication and the matter would become infructuous.

6. Accordingly, the Criminal Revision Case is dismissed as infructuous.

Interim orders granted earlier, if any, shall stand vacated and the miscellaneous applications pending, if any, shall stand closed.
