Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the matter is settled and she also submitted a copy of the orders passed in I.A.No.3 of 2022 in F.C.A.No.81 of 2012.

In view of the settlement arrived at between the parties, the cause in this Criminal Revision Case does not survive.

In the result, this Criminal Revision Case is dismissed as cause does not survive.

In view of the settlement arrived at between the parties, the Station House Officer, Gopalapatnam, Visakhapatnam, is directed not to execute the bailable warrant issued against the petitioner. Accordingly, the bailable warrant dated 26.03.2025 is hereby recalled.

Interim orders granted earlier, if any, shall stand vacated.

Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
